Der Vergabeprozess soll einfacher zu verwalten werden, auch Anregungen von Bewerbern zu mehr Transparenz wurden ber\u00fccksichtigt. Bei den Richtlinien f\u00fcr Eigentumswohnungen soll die Zeit verk\u00fcrzt werden, in der man die Wohnung weder vermieten noch ver\u00e4u\u00dfern darf. Die \u00fcberarbeiteten Richtlinien werden in der n\u00e4chsten Ausschusssitzung noch einmal besprochen.<\/p>\n<p>In Au\u00dferhof soll neben der Landstra\u00dfe seeseitig ein Soccergolfplatz entstehen. Eine entsprechende Kennzeichnung der Fl\u00e4che im neuen REK wurde von den Ausschussmitgliedern positiv beurteilt.
