Two Apartments. Two Distinct Personalities.
Two individual Alpine apartments on the second floor, each with its own private balcony and dedicated parking space right by the house.
The village square is just a four-minute walk away, while the Natrun gondola can be reached in around five minutes. Behind the house, you'll find meadows, fields, and the soothing sound of the stream. Here, short distances and a peaceful, idyllic setting come together perfectly.

Blue Apartment
43 m² total living space, including a 12 m² balcony

The view that gave the House its name
Many locals affectionately refer to Maria Alm simply as “Oim” , the regional dialect word for “Alm” (alpine pasture). From your private balcony, you can look out over the village, the church, and the surrounding mountains. It is a view that changes with every season and creates a special connection to the place itself. This view of (Maria) Alm is what inspired the name of our house: Almblick.
A house with a story
In the early 1960s, my father was among the first ski holidaymakers to discover Maria Alm and quickly fell in love with the village. In 1969, he purchased a plot of land here, and our house was built in 1971 and 1972.
Since 2015, I have been running it together with my family. Since 2018, Maria Alm has been our home. Within our family, we have always affectionately and jokingly referred to Maria Alm as "paradise." genannt.
Today, we share two apartments in this house, along with our love for Maria Alm, with guests from near and far.
Arrive well prepared
Both apartments are located on the second floor. Please note that there is no elevator in the building. For skis and equipment, a dedicated ski storage room is available on the ground floor and is reserved exclusively for guests of the two apartments. Each apartment also includes one parking space in our private courtyard.
