War der Ausschuss bei den Baugrundst\u00fccken schnell einer Meinung, so gingen die Ansichten bei Eigentumswohnungen auseinander. Uneinigkeit gab es im Speziellen die Zeit betreffend, in der man eine Eigentumswohnung weder vermieten noch ver\u00e4u\u00dfern darf. Um Spekulationen zu vermeiden, konnte die \u00d6VP-Fraktion die Zeit von 13 Jahren schlussendlich durchsetzen.<\/p>\n<p>In Zeiten wie diesen ist es f\u00fcr die \u00d6VP-Fraktion sehr wichtig, dass den in Mattsee besch\u00e4ftigten B\u00fcrgern ein kleiner Vorteil bei der Vergabe zukommt. Auch wenn die Fraktionen von SP\u00d6 und Gr\u00fcnen einen Arbeitsplatz in der Gemeinde nicht als wichtig genug erachten, hat sich der Ausschuss dazu entschlossen, dies in den Vergaberichtlinien, wenn auch in abgeschw\u00e4chter Form, zu belassen.<\/p>\n<p>Eine L\u00f6sung ist bei der Suche einer Wasserrettungseinsatzzentrale nun in greifbarer N\u00e4he. Durch die geschickten Verhandlungen unseres VzBgm Stefan Handlechner, konnte mit der Firma Bauzone eine Einigung in Aussicht gestellt werden. So wird diese, im Gegenzug f\u00fcr die Umwidmung von 1300m\u00b2 Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4che in Baufl\u00e4che im Bereich \u201ealter Sch\u00f6chlwerft\u201c, eine gut 150m\u00b2 gro\u00dfe Einsatzzentrale mit den dazu geh\u00f6rigen Parkpl\u00e4tzen f\u00fcr Einsatzfahrzeuge und Einsatzkr\u00e4fte errichten. Auch ein Bootsanlegeplatz am nahe gelegenen Steg wird vorgesehen.
