Der Bautr\u00e4ger hat die \u00a7 18 Vereinbarung vorgelegt und angeboten, die Wohnnutzfl\u00e4chen f\u00fcr Eigentumswohnungen um ca. \u20ac 3.620\/m\u00b2 zuz\u00fcglich \u20ac 18.000 f\u00fcr einen Tiefgaragen-<\/span><br \/><span>abstellplatz und die Mietwohnungen im ersten Jahr um ca. \u20ac 5,90\/m\u00b2 anzubieten. Bei den Mietkaufwohnungen betr\u00e4gt die Miete ca. \u20ac 6,10\/m\u00b2 unter Voraussetzung eines Finanzierungsbeitrags von ca. \u20ac 250\/m\u00b2. Die einzige Problematik sehen wir in der Baudichte von insgesamt 0,28, die bereits in der neuen Siedlung s\u00fcdwestlich hinter der Volksschule zur Anwendung gekommen ist.
